Himos offers skiing on the largest and most versatile slopes in Southern Finland. At its best, the resort features 26 slopes and 17 lifts, including three chairlifts. Wide, well-maintained pistes, a smooth lift network, and the family-friendly Lumila Snow World make Himos a destination enjoyed by both first-time skiers and experienced riders alike.

New season highlight: SkiBus to Himos – for the first time ever

This season is something special: SkiBus is operating to Himos for the very first time. Our goal is to offer an easy, reliable way for everyone to enjoy the slopes of Himos – without the need to drive or worry about winter road conditions.

Professional transport by Reissu Ruoti, combined with Himos’ diverse ski terrain, makes this new SkiBus connection a perfect way to spend a winter day – whether you’re travelling solo, with friends, or with family.

Designed for an easy ski day

Himos SkiBus is designed to make your ski day as smooth as possible:
straight to the slopes in the morning, back home in the afternoon – just as easy as it should be.

Operating days

SkiBus operates every Saturday from January 24, 2026 until April 4, provided that the slopes at Himos are open and there are enough passengers.

Possible cancellations

The service will operate if there are at least 25 registered passengers.

If the SkiBus has to be cancelled due to, for example:

• weather conditions, or
• an insufficient number of passengers

we will notify customers by email after 4:00 PM on the day before the trip.

Important information

• This is a pre-booked coach service
• Please remember to register in advance, so we know to stop at your selected pickup point

Buy a ready-made package – everything you need for a ski day at Himos

The package includes:

• Round-trip coach transport from your selected departure point (Helsinki / Vantaa / Lahti)
• Day lift pass to the slopes of Himos
• No waiting in lift ticket lines – everything is handled on the bus

Package prices:

• Helsinki / Vantaa – Himos (round-trip transport + day lift pass): €85
• Lahti – Himos (round-trip transport + day lift pass): €75 per person

If you wish, you can also choose transport only, without a lift pass.

Payment methods

• Transport + lift pass are paid by card to the driver when boarding the bus
• Lift passes are handed out on the bus upon arrival at Himos, after payment
• Payment method: card only

Children under 7 years of age are charged transport only, as children under 7 ski free of charge (does not apply to Lumila Snow World).
